PLEASE NOTE: Any and all firearms are to be checked and locked for any students by a Bass Pro Associate. Locks will only be unlocked at the range and upon leaving of the store. Any person(s) found without a check lock on their firearm issued by Bass Pro will be asked to leave.

Legal Heat’s Missouri concealed carry class meets the instructional requirements of Missouri RSMO 571.111. Topics include firearms safety, firearms handling, firearms transportation, firearms storage, ammunition type & section, self-defense laws, use of deadly force laws, other firearms related laws, concealed carry techniques and much more. Legal Heat’s firearm training instructors are all certified, insured and among the most highly experienced in the industry and can answer your CCW questions.
This course includes a range portion where you will be required to fire a minimum of 20 practice rounds and 20 qualification rounds at a minimum distance of 7 yards.
A semi-automatic pistol or revolver and a minimum of 40 rounds of factory ammunition is required to take this class, (22 caliber or larger i.e. 380, 38 special, 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 ACP is acceptable). The range is located inside of the store, for safety purposes your handgun will be triggered locked upon arrival.
After successfully completing the course you will receive a certificate of completion which is required to apply for your Missouri permit. Once you obtain the Missouri permit it will allow you to legally carry in about 36 states!
