About this Event

Join us for our Professional Development event, which will include five panels consisting of fellow transportation professionals in the industry who will discuss their roles, career trajectories, challenges they have faced, and advice to succeed in the transportation industry. Panelists include:

Equity Panel: Martin Kareithi (CapMetro, Director of Systemwide Accessibility), Michael Bryant (TxDOT, Director of Civil Rights Division)
Environmental Panel: Shandrian Ugwuoke (Michael Baker, Environmental and Planning Department Manager), B.J. Carpenter (Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Airport Environment and Sustainability Officer)
Planning Panel: Kammy Horne (MPact, Chief Executive Officer), Emma Martinez (CapMetro, Transportation Planner)
Engineering Panel: Arash Saeedi (WSP, Local Business Leader), Maximillian Pleason (AECOM, Transit Engineer), Dr. Arthur Antoine (AXIOM, Director of Project Delivery)
