SAVE THE DATE!! MORE INFO TO FOLLOW!!If you are a novice or returning to run Comrades 2024 this talk is for you. Although aimed mainly for the novice runners and those doing their first up run, we will have tips and recommendations for all runners on the big day.
Alistair Cronk will be hosting the event with a presentation, Alistair has completed 14 Comrades Marathons, so a lot of experience with the things that don't normally get covered in the talks.

We have The Sweat Shop on board
We have Anita Sports Bras on board
We have Funky Pants on board
Run Zone Will host a 10/15km fully supported run before the talk. The talk will then start around 09:00.
