About this Event
California winters aren't as predictable anymore. Therefore we might need to help out our plants when rainy season isn't as reliable. Join us in-person for this special irrigation class and understand how to water your native plant garden across the seasons!
In this three-hour course, students will learn how, when, and why to irrigate California native plants in the landscape using various types of systems and techniques. Classroom instruction is followed by a field walk and review of Theodore Payne Foundation irrigation systems and management. Students will leave with a comprehensive resource guide.
Tim Becker is TPF's Director of Horticulture and a seasoned landscaper.
