After your heart is racing, unwind with a soothing vinyasa flow cool down led by the incredible Kalea Cleeton. Experience the perfect mix of intensity and relaxation in this seasonal fitness event!

What: Group fitness class (all levels welcomed) followed by a Vinyasa Yoga Flow to cool down.

A little bit about your instructors:
Joanne Castillo is a holistic movement coach and Vivobarefoot Pro committed to enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Drawing from the fitness tools that transformed her own life, she integrates her expertise into strength workouts designed to challenge the body while deepening the connection between mind and movement. Joanne believes that true transformation involves not just physical change but also a shift in mindset, attitude, and habits, ensuring lasting results and overall improvement in quality of life.
Kalea Cleeton is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, health and well-being practitioner, Brooks sponsored athlete and receiving her MA in Integrative Health Studies in San Francisco. As a certified Vinyasa, Sculpt and Yin instructor, Kalea’s flows offer you permission to anchor your breath to the present moment and enable the gift of flow - full engagement on the mat where you are physically and energetically stretched and expanded to receive life’s experiences.
