• Entry only with valid pass/ticket (Startup/Delegate)
• ID verification required at the gate
• Respect event timings and slot allocations
• Business formal or smart casual attire preferred
• Any promotional activity must be pre-approved by the organizer
• Photography/videography rights reserved by the organizers

Refund Policy

• 100% refund if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the event
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 15–29 days prior
• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of the event
• In case of event postponement tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date
• All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after approval
