H20 Restaurant & Burnett Riverside Hotel invite you to a complimentary 60-minute yoga session in our Burnett Room complete with sweeping river views, and a refreshing morning breeze. It’s the perfect way to begin your day with gentle movement and mindful relaxation.
About the Yoga Class
This guided session will be a gentle flow yoga practice, suitable for all levels — whether you’re a beginner or a regular on the mat. Expect physical relaxation, mental clarity, and a chance to recharge in a calm and supportive environment.
• Dress Code: Comfortable clothing you can move in.
• Mats: Provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.
The Yoga Partnership
This class is hosted by The Yoga Partnership, a registered Australian charity dedicated to making yoga and mindfulness accessible across rural and urban Queensland. As part of their regional tour, they’ll be bringing their work to Bundaberg to support community wellbeing.
Supporting Red Collar Rescue
While the class is complimentary, we invite attendees to make a gold coin donation on the day to support Red Collar Rescue, a Bundaberg-based charity dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned and unwanted dogs.
