WineNot Boutique is an award-winning wine shop, tasting room, wine classroom, and gathering place for all types of wine lovers.
Since the key to finding the wines you love is to taste them, we offer complimentary tastings every Friday and Saturday. Tastings are a great opportunity to taste a wine before deciding whether to purchase it! You sample new wines and meet other wine lovers.
Wine Selection:
Gattavecchi Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2022, Tuscany ($27)
A crisp white wine made from Vernaccia grapes. It features aromas of green apple, citrus, and almond. This wine is not aged in oak, preserving its fresh and vibrant character. Pairs well with seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.
Floriography Blooming White 2021, Western Cape, South Africa ($16)
A delightful blend of Chenin Blanc and Muscat grapes. The wine offers floral and tropical fruit aromas with a hint of honey. It is not aged in oak, maintaining a refreshing and fruity profile. Perfect with grilled chicken, spicy dishes, or as an aperitif.
Rocks of Bawn Pinot Noir 2021, Willamette Valley, Oregon ($25)
A smooth and elegant Pinot Noir with notes of cherry, raspberry, and subtle earthiness. Aged in French oak, it adds a touch of spice and complexity. Enjoy with roast duck, salmon, or mushroom dishes.
Larchago Reserva Red 2016, Rioja, Spain ($27)
This Tempranillo-based wine is aged in American and French oak for 24 months, offering rich flavors of dark berries, vanilla, and spice. Its smooth tannins and balanced acidity make it a great match for lamb, grilled meats, or aged cheeses.
Trentadue La Storia Petit Sirah 2021, Alexander Valley, Sonoma ($35)
A bold and full-bodied Petit Sirah with intense dark fruit flavors, chocolate, and a hint of pepper. Aged in oak barrels, it has a robust structure and long finish. Ideal with barbecue ribs, hearty stews, or strong cheeses.
