About this Event

WineNot Boutique is an award-winning wine shop, tasting room, wine classroom, and gathering place for all types of wine lovers.

Since the key to finding the wines you love is to taste them, we offer complimentary tastings every Friday and Saturday. Tastings are a great opportunity to taste a wine before deciding whether to purchase it! You sample new wines and meet other wine lovers.

Wine Selection:

Anthony Road Pinot Gris 2022, Finger Lake ($21): A vibrant and refreshing wine with notes of ripe pear, green apple, and a hint of lemon zest. The palate is clean with a mineral undertone, making it an excellent companion for light seafood dishes.

Illahe Viognier 2021, Willamette Valley, Oregon ($32): This Viognier offers a lush bouquet of white peaches, honeysuckle, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it's rich yet balanced, with a silky texture and a lingering finish that highlights its floral and stone fruit flavors.

Illahe Tempranillo Rosé 2022, Willamette Valley, Oregon ($32): A delightful rosé with aromas of fresh strawberries, watermelon, and a hint of spice. Crisp and lively on the palate, it has a beautiful acidity that makes it a perfect match for summer salads or grilled seafood.

La Kiuva Rouge de Vallée, Northern Italy ($22): A charming red blend that offers aromas of red berries, violets, and a hint of earthiness. Medium-bodied with smooth tannins, it pairs wonderfully with pasta dishes or mild cheeses.

Fred's Red 2021, Mendocino County, California ($17): A versatile and approachable red wine with flavors of black cherry, plum, and a hint of mocha. Soft tannins and a balanced acidity make this an easy-drinking wine for any occasion.

Brady Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, Paso Robles, California ($32): This robust Cabernet boasts notes of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and cedar. With its firm tannins and deep complexity, it's an excellent choice for pairing with hearty meat dishes like steak or lamb.
