In honor of World Sake Day (which was on Oct 1st) UKIAH Japanese Smokehouse is continuing the celebration with a special Sake Passport Experience on October 8th from 5:30 p.m – 7:30 p.m.
Guests with RSVP, will receive a passport to guide them through four distinct sake tastings—paired with some fun education and one curated food bite from Chef Michael Lewis —on UKIAH’s riverfront terrace.
Guests will enjoy samples of:
Kikumasamune Taru Junmai
Toko Sunrise Junmai Ginjo
Dassai Blue 35 Junmai Daiginjo
Tsukasa Botan Yuzu Sake
Once completed, the passport unlocks a gift for a future visit!
