Sam believes in the transformative power of yoga and a healthy lifestyle to thrive. She has been teaching for 8 years in both Miami and abroad. Prior to teaching yoga, Sam worked in higher education and development in the Czech Republic and Rwanda. In her spare time she partners with non-profits in Miami to inspire civic engagement and unite communities in service through her open volunteer days.
