Come join us at the Alzheimer's Research and Treatment Center for a complimentary memory screening. Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment Center is renowned as a global leader in Alzheimer’s research, and we are dedicated and passionate to educating the public about the resources available for early detection and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.
Annual memory evaluations are essential for everyone, much like cancer screenings, but most people do not realize that this is strongly suggested nor even something that is offered.
All our services at Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment Center are completely complimentary to individuals and their insurance companies.
*** The date listed as the event is NOT the only date available, we are posting a date to keep the invitation running. Please fill out the form and we will contact you or feel free to call us at 561-209-2400 and we will explain the memory evaluation and schedule when you are available. The appointment is for 90 minutes, which includes some verbal and memorization style testing and then you will sit with one of our medical team members to go over the results along with going over your medical history. Our medical team members will be able to let you know if you qualify for any current studies which would possibly provide additional medical work up, such as blood work and EKG along with possible imaging, again at no cost to you or your insurance.
