Every year the Wijnland has a Mentorship Program. We pair members with commercial brewers from our club. Members have to devise a recipe and brewing process with the mentorship of their commercial brewer. We will, closer to the time, reveal what the secret ingredient will be that needs to be showcased in each entry.
