It's time for our annual COMPETENT TO COUNSEL CONFERENCE.
This year we have a full day packed with practical counseling material all arranged into three distinct tracks:
- The Foundations Track
- The Topical Track
- The Advanced Track
- The Ladies Track
You can register for your sessions in two ways: Stay within a selected track for all your workshops (recommended) or pick and choose between your favorite topics within each track.

Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to bring my confirmation email to the event?
No. Just provide the name on the registration when you check in.
The name on the registration doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, but you will need to have your name tag re-printed when you pick up your registration packet. To have your name tag and welcome packet ready when you check in, please update your registration prior to the event.
I changed my mind about a workshop. Can I just go to a different one without updating my registration?
Yes, but we won't have an updated itinerary ready for you when you arrive. Also, letting us know which workshops you plan to attend will help us to better prepare the rooms.
How do I update my registration information?
We can offer three options to update your registration information:

What is the recommended attire for this conference?
In order to maintain a professional, yet comfortable atmosphere throughout the conference, our attendees are welcome to come in business-casual attire.
Do you still offer free housing for your guests?
Free housing is currently unavailable.
Can you recommend a hotel in the area?
We have several rooms reserved at Staybridge Suites (88 Anchor Parkway, Royersford, PA 19468--about 10 min. from the conference venue). Room availability under our group is limited. Please contact the hotel directly at 610.792.9300 and mention the group Valley Forge Baptist to make reservations.
