Join us for an engaging training session with Janet Holland from Practically Leading, as she shares her knowledge and experience gathered from over 26 years of leadership.
This training is directed at experienced and senior leaders. It will cover:
- Practical tools for emotionally intelligent leadership
- Insights from Transactional Analysis and Positive Psychology
- Strategies to build trust, resilience and belonging in your teams
- Space for reflection, connection and growth.
Our free training programme is primarily aimed at new and developing groups, but sessions are open to anyone in Derby City working or volunteering with a VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) organisation.

Pre-training questionnaire
You will be sent a pre-training questionnaire prior to this workshop. Completion of the questionnaire is a requirement for attending the training. It allows the facilitator to tailor the session to your needs and ensures you get the most out of the programme.
Parking
Please note that we have limited free parking available in our car park, which is at the rear of the building and accessed via Melbourne Street. There is on-street (paid) parking available on Charnwood Street, The Avenue and Leopold Street and also a small NCP car park on the corner of The Avenue and Leopold Street.
