About this Event

This February, The Family Systems Hub is honoured to host and invite the internationally respected therapist and teacher Alejandra Pistorio (Argentina) for a transformative Compassionate Family Constellation Seminar.

Alejandra brings over two decades of experience integrating Bert Hellinger’s systemic theory, Tibetan Buddhist principles, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to create a more compassionate, embodied, and trauma-informed constellation practice. This modality, Constelaciones Esenciales y Compasivas, is rooted in presence and humility —recognising that healing doesn’t come from fixing others, but from daring to stay present with them.

What are Compassionate Family Constellations?

This modality combines classical systemic work with contemplative and trauma-informed frameworks to create a more expansive, embodied, and compassionate approach to suffering.

Rooted in the Orders of Love from Bert Hellinger, and infused with Buddhist practices of breath, presence, and embodiment (Kum Nye), it also draws on the neuropsychological and emotional regulation tools of Paul Gilbert’s CFT—a model that integrates evolutionary psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness to foster deeper self-kindness and relational healing.

Through a rich, theory-based and experiential approach, participants will:
  • Integrate new principles into their existing Family Constellation practice
  • Deepen their understanding of human suffering through a compassionate lens
  • Explore how Buddhist and CFT practices can enhance presence and regulation
  • Discover how to create a field of collective healing, not just individual insight
  • Strengthen their role as facilitators through embodiment, clarity, and ethical presence
  • Participate in a Family Constellations session led by Alejandra and The Family Systems Hub
