Join Michael Sheely for this practical and deep exploration of how language can reshape our mindset so we can express and listen with our hearts and turn conflict into an opportunity for deeper connection and understanding.
During this 3-hour workshop we will explore what is required in order to speak a language of love and alter our approach to differences so that we are more likely to create openness, cooperation and harmony with others. We will explore emotional intelligence with the most powerful tools available. We will discover how to tend to what is most precious to us and navigate our own needs while remaining respectful of what is precious to others.
Filled with practical activities, discussion, and a unique approach to empathetic listening and speaking, this workshop will teach you how to transform even the most stuck places in your life into clear, healthy, and harmonious relationships.
