You'll explore how these ethical guidelines can be applied to foster genuine, supportive partnerships, whether in a yoga studio, a retreat center, or any mindful business setting. This unique weekend will include a collaborative art project, partner Yoga practice, and more!
Through the understanding that "everything is energy," Karen will guide you in recognizing and balancing the energetic dynamics in your collaborations. You’ll learn practical tools to navigate challenges, create harmony, and operate with integrity—ensuring that your work aligns with your highest values and contributes to a positive, mindful environment.
This workshop will not only enhance your ability to work effectively with others but also deepen your understanding of how yoga principles can be lived off the mat in all aspects of your life and career. Eligible for Yoga Alliance CEC’s, and can count towards your Om My Yoga Academy 300hr YTT certificate.
