Embark on a self love journey with Good Vibes Yoga Studio founder and creator Deonna Thomas and Megan Desrosiers of Herbal Bones Art & Wellness. Beginning by dropping into your body and your heart space as you sip on Mama Cacao's sweet nectar while connecting to yourself and Spirit with an oracle reading and a guided shamanic journey. In an altered state of deep relaxation and consciousness, we will softly awaken the body through an essential oil enhanced breathwork practice and slow moving restorative yin yoga poses supported with reiki. Eventually releasing upon the Earth in the stillness of savasana, resting and healing the body with the vibrational frequency of reiki and sound. Grounding into the Earth, supported by these practices and the energies of Taurus season. Rooted in the self, with love and compassion, we begin to let the creativity flow onto the canvas, bringing into being an intuitive abstract self portrait, creating without judgment or doubt, and only love and curiosity. Closing our experience with a supportive sharing circle in this beautiful healing container we have cultivated together. Through this journey limiting thoughts and fears will be released while stepping into a place of self love, expression, and abundance.Please bring your own 10oz mug for sipping cacao and any special items you'd like to add to our altar space.
