Join Ashley Cain for weekly yoga sessions at Compass Point, every Thursday at 5:45pm—where the trail meets the mat, and the spirit of adventure meets the wisdom of the body.
Ashley weaves together years of experience in healing, movement, and nature-based practices to guide you into a deeper connection with yourself. Her classes are rooted in embodiment—designed to help you move with awareness, breathe with intention, and return to the wild intelligence of your body.
Her influence and style are derived from many years of study including retreats in the mountains of Colorado, an immersive experience in India in 2018 and ongoing study of Ayurveda, Bhakti and yoga philosophy!

Class fee is $10 - you can pay when you arrive.
