About this Event
This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop where participants get to design and build two smart projects—a Smart Night Light and a Smart Watering System—using the Micro:bit microcontroller!
Through live demonstrations and guided activities, you will learn the basics of smart systems and micro:bit, explore real-world applications, and gain practical experience in coding and hardware setup. No prior coding knowledge is required!
Each workshop lasts for 3 hours: the first 1h15min will be focused on the Smart Night Light project, followed by a 20min break; the second half will be on the Smart Watering System.
Multiple runs of the workshop will be conducted across 27th and 28th September, so you can choose the ones that best fit your schedule!
Laptops will not be provided, so we request that you kindly bring your own laptops and chargers. Thank you!
