Help us support up-and-coming yoga teachers in our community, and get a FREE yoga class. Steven Beck will take participants through a heated Yin class , which fosters deep connection and release through slow, intentional movement. We'll begin with a discussion on the three I’s Identity, Intention, and Inspiration—before moving through six heart-opening Yin poses. A full 10-minute Shavasana will allow for complete relaxation.
Our Community Yoga program provides an opportunity for new yoga teachers to gain experience and for current instructors to connect with the community in a meaningful way. It's a wonderful chance to show your support for local teachers as they grow and share their passion for yoga. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, we invite you to roll out your mat and join us for this empowering class. Let’s come together to move, breathe, and build community.
More Info about Steven:
Steven discovered yoga through his stepmother, who encouraged him to try it before she passed, knowing it would change his life. Through dedicated practice, he lost over 135 lbs, deepened his study, and earned his 200-hour certification in Morocco. Now, he is passionate about helping others find their own path in yoga, both physically and philosophically.
