Join Doris on Friday, July 5, 9:30-10:30 AM for a functional core stability yoga class at Monterey Hostel. Improve your balance, mobility, and strength. Learn how to breathe,align, renew, reset, and strengthen into summer so we can live our best life possible.
Bring your own mat and bring a friend! Beginners are welcome! dorisyoga will provide props ! Free parking, tea & coffee.
