Community Yoga programme in Le Chéile

A 7 week, beginners community yoga programme for adults facilitated by Colette (Harte & Soul Wellness).

Commencing on the 15th January at 7:00pm in the main hall and will run for 7 weeks.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket and water.

Strictly over 18s programme.

Please make the organiser and the instructor aware of any underlying health or medical conditions before partaking in the programme.
