On September 16th, 2025 I will be hosting a free community ACRO yoga event in honor of Wrendy as we celebrate her 44th birthday. I will kick off event at 4:44pm so join us whenever you can as we’ll be here for couple hours. This was the last class that we done together so this session will be uplifting as she was to so many people. No experience necessary. Beginner level. ACRO is fun, playful, interactive, and joyful just like Wrendy.
Join us at Osage Beach City Park barefoot in the grass between soccer fields as we come together as a community and create space for shared healing through love, movement, and connection.
Let’s keep UNITY in Community in Wrendy’s honor as this was one of her visions for Community togetherness. I look forward to seeing you September 16th.
