Join us at Healthletica for a rejuvenating hatha yoga session led by our dedicated yoga teacher trainees (part of Healing Through Om YTT). This class is a wonderful opportunity for our trainees to share their passion and newly acquired skills with you as part of their certification process.Everyone is welcome is attend! Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, our community class is a safe and inclusive space for all to explore the benefits of hatha yoga.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
Come experience the nurturing environment of our community class, where each session is a step towards personal growth and wellness. Let’s breathe, stretch, and grow together!
There are four scheduled classes on May 11: 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, & 3:30pm
