So many of us are in need of relaxation and restoration and in today's world, access to these services is limited. This offering is pay what you can and if you can't pay with currency, please pay it forward in creating a better community and supporting each other. Classes will vary from gentle flowing, chair, restorative, etc. ALL classes will be open and accessible to ALL levels. Yoga is for everyone is our mission and it is what we stand by every day.
