Come relax, release and regulate with us every Thursday from 5-6pm! Join us for weekly Community Yoga at Treetops! Beginners welcome, but this type of yoga is not suitable for pregnant women. We have some yoga mats, but if you have your own please bring it! The classes are free, but a small donation to Treetops is appreciated. Please RSVP so we can manage space capacity.
Join us for a rejuvenating experience with the Relax, Release, and Regulate Yoga Class, designed to guide you on a journey of deep relaxation, tension release, and emotional regulation. This unique class incorporates gentle yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and a restorative sound bath to help alleviate stress and create a profound sense of balance and well-being.
Whether you're a seasoned yoga enthusiast or new to the practice, this class is open to every one of all ages, genders, backgrounds and skill levels.
Our goal is to leave you feeling centered, grounded, and empowered, equipped with the tools to carry calmness and resilience into your daily life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A focus on the three "R"s: Release, Regulate, and Relax.
Physical postures to promote flexibility, relieve tension, and alleviate pain.
Guided mindfulness and breath work to reduce stress and anxiety.
Occasional soothing sound bath sessions to clear energetic blocks, improve mood, and enhance health.
