Everyone is invited to a donation based community yoga class with me at Roadie Joes! This means you can come and just receive or come and give what you’d like🤗This practice will be a gentle flow, all levels friendly. We will be focusing on peace🕊️(Shanti) and light🪔(Jyoti) as we move towards our darkest and longest day on December 21st. ✨
Enter through Roadie Joes back patio doors, practice will be held upstairs.
