Come flow with us beneath the open sky in one of Orlando’s most scenic spots. Our Sunday morning practice blends breath, movement, and mindfulness to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reconnect with yourself—all in the company of a welcoming community.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, this all-levels class is designed to meet you where you are. We'll close each session with a guided Yoga Nidra—a deeply restorative meditation enhanced with gentle sound healing, inviting full-body relaxation and inner stillness.
