About this Event
Join us for our Mindful Moments event, bringing awareness to the importance of mental health and well-being. Hosted by our Yoga Ambassador, Nancy Brit Mackey along with a soothing sound bath, led by Christina Flanagan, this nurturing and supportive environment is for everyone!
What to expect:
- Gentle Yoga Flow (1 hour): Begin your journey with a guided yoga session focused on mindfulness & relaxation as our experienced instructor, Nancy leads us through accessible poses and breathing exercises designed to release stress and promote mental clarity.
- Healing Sound Bath (30 minutes): Post yoga, experience the transformative power of sound. Lay back in savasana and let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments envelop you, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release.
- Private Shop (immediately after event): All attendees are welcome to swing into the store after the event to shop before the store opens to the public.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket or pillow for added comfort
- A water bottle
