Help us support yoga teachers in our community, and get a complimentary yoga class.Gina Cox will be sharing her love of the practice with a moderately challenging class focusing on building poses from simple to complex with mindful focus on alignment, breath, balance and strength.
Gina draws from eighteen years of dedicated practice and sixteen years of study and teaching. Gina’s teachings are focused in Vinyasa flow, consisting of Ashtanga, Iyengar and hatha methodologies. Gina has a background in Social Work and has trained and studied with Rolf Gates of Gates Yoga repeatedly over a fifteen year span.
