Join me for community outdoor yoga. Yoga will be a total-body flow. ~All-levels~Wednesday, June 19th, 7:00-8:00 pm

Where: Beach Road, Hampton. The green space is located at the very end of Beach Road. Drive all the way to the end and you will dead end into the space where we will do yoga. There is a sign located on the plot: "Back River Lighthouse Ruins." The space is a grassy area that overlooks the water, and is perfect for a relaxing evening yoga class. There is room available on the street for parking, just make sure you are aware of any "no parking" signs that are on one side of the street, and do not park in the circle. There is extra parking on the street that leads to the Grandview Nature Preserve and it is a very short walk.
When:
Wednesday, June 19th. Class begins promptly at 7:05 and will end at 8:00 pm. Please arrive between 6:45-7:00 in order to sign a release waiver form (only need to do this the first time you do yoga with me and I will keep it on file), and to get your mat set up.
Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat, possibly bug spray- the wind off the water helps. PM me if you need to borrow a mat. Please "RSVP as going" if you plan on attending. Class is donation based.
