About this Event
Please join me this Sunday - and every Sunday for a Community Yoga class. And please spread the word to all your friends and family.
This is a no-excuses, no judgement, all-levels class, for everyone from the yoga-curious to advanced yogis.
You are NOT too old, too young, too thin, too thick, too inflexible, too hyper-flexible, too short, too tall. . .
All you need is a yoga mat and a desire to get your body moving to a chill playlist.
You can BYOYM – Bring Your Own YogaMat – or borrow one of ours.
No need to be in head-to-toe Lulu Lemon (although that is perfectly acceptable). Wear something comfy – sweats, pajamas, t-shirts and shorts.
This class is donation base. Pay what you want or pay nothing at al. All donations will go to the venue and the great work the is done there!
