Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation as we dive deep into the practice of Yin Yoga.
Join for 1 or all 4 sessions over this 4 week Yin Yoga journey. Each week interweaves a different theme through breath work, mediation and yin shapes that encourage relaxation, spaciousness and ease. Option to stay for a cup of warm tea afterwards.
Suitable for all levels, and perfect for those with busy lives wanting to slow down.

WHAT IS YIN?
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body.
Yin Yoga benefits include:
- Learning how to breathe properly.
- Expanding self awareness of body, mind and breath.
- Practicing emotional non-reactivity and cultivating inner calm.

WHO AM I?
Hannah is an experienced Yoga teacher with a background in Psychology. She has over 250+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training and specialist training in Yin Yoga. Her experiences promote a wholistic approach to wellbeing and supports participants to better turn up for themselves and others in their lives.
