-Your payment must be received before your spot is reserved.
-You will receive a confirmation by email.
-Set up no earlier than 6:30AM the day of the event.
-Tables chairs tents etc. are not provided please make sure to bring all supplies needed.
-No commercial sales live flowers alcohol or food and drink sales. Craft vendors are allowed.
-Woodbridge Elks will have food and drink for sale.
-Restrooms will be available.
