About this Event
Starr Muranko (Omushkegowuk Cree / Moose Cree First Nation - Treaty 9) leads an introductory workshop for all levels of experience focusing on connecting more deeply with your body and breath while finding your natural movement expression. Class will consist of a basic warm-up, exercises across the floor and movement exploration drawing on themes of land, place and identity.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing water. Everyone is welcome!
