In this community learning opportunity, participants will begin by receiving information about the pathways of our nervous system, hormone rhythms, and language. Then, participants will map out their unique language patterns as they connect to the hormone cycles and nervous system pathways by creating a Ladder Collage.
This information and activity aims to provide participants the opportunity to organize language patterns to increase nervous system connection with partners, children, friends, and others within the community in our daily lives .
This workshop is for anyone 18+ who is curious about learning influential brain-body systems that can support us in our roles as leaders of ourself and as partner, spouse, parent, friend, coworker, learning facilitator, coach, mentor, and community members.
