Join Healing Mountain's free community class taught by Liz Coleman. This two-hour course is about the basics of Swedish massage, the power of touch, and why it's so critical to our well-being. Bring a friend/partner and learn how to massage the neck, shoulders, and hands at home. Bringing a partner is encouraged but optional for the class. Each student will leave with a basic understanding of the benefits & techniques of a Swedish massage.Whether you are interested in massage school or want to learn how to give a great neck massage, this workshop is for you. • To Prepare
We ask that you wear comfortable clothing to move around in. This class will demonstrate how to massage through clothing except for typical unclothed areas (i.e., neck & hands).
