About this Event
Wilford Street Wildlife Ramp used to be an overlooked greenspace covered in litter. Thanks to volunteers, this space has been transformed into a wildlife garden bursting with creativity, native plant species and habitats. Come along and find out more!
Activities may include things like planting, removing brambles, pruning, watering, sign making, building dead hedges, making bug hotels, etc. This is wildlife gardening, so our aim isn't to keep it neat or tidy, but to help it thrive!
The monthly sessions are run entirely by volunteers learning together. If you have any wildlife friendly ideas you want to try, we'll give it a go! No experience is required but extra knowledge is always welcome.
