This month’s kaupapa: Manaakitanga: Caring for Ourselves & Each Other TogetherAs the year draws to a close and the pace quickens, many of us in the community sector are running on empty. This hui is your chance to pause, breathe and reconnect - to refocus on manaakitanga, the art of caring for others and ourselves.
Together we’ll explore what it means to nurture our own wellbeing while supporting our teams, volunteers and communities.
Guided by Karolina Gorton, we’ll reconnect, reflect, and explore simple, practical ways to sustain our energy and wellbeing through to the end of the year. Participants will have opportunities to connect, contribute, learn, and have some fun.
Expect warmth, laughter, kai and connection - and leave feeling lighter, inspired and ready to finish the year well.
