About this Event
Come out for this free monthly community event to get to know your local wellness professionals, enjoy a mini-wellness workshop & build up our local community of like-minded friends! Please bring a dish to share with the community, a blanket and water bottle or drinks for yourself/party is also recommended.
WHEN: 2nd Friday of each month 12 PM-1:45 PM
WHERE: Mt. Ogden Park (Or at Community Well--2562 Washington Blvd, Ogden--if weather does not permit.)
WHO: All are welcome, this free communtiy event is family-friendly. It is also a space that we strive to make inclusive and safe for all people.
