About this Event
Upon arrival, please silently review the waiver forms, sign in and silence your phone.
Grab an alcohol swab, wipe your ears and take a seat in the circle. The licensed acupuncturist will come around and insert five needles in each ear as part of the NADA protocol. If you'd prefer an ear seed instead of needles please state this.
There will be approximately 30 minutes of reflective silence before the needles are removed.
After everyone is needle free, there will be a 10-15 minute guided meditation (form will vary). Followed by a brief sharing circle during which time everyone will have the opportunity to share a short reflection (1min) or pass.
If you'd like to leave a donation offering there will be a tray and a Venmo handle. All offerings go directly to Wisdom Within Fellowship and donation letters (for tax purposes) are available upon request.
