The City, Texarkana Water Utilities (TWU), and Riverbend Water Resources invite residents to attend a Community Water Forum: Let’s Talk Water, an open-house style event designed to provide helpful information and answer questions related to water services, recent billing concerns, and long-term infrastructure investments. This event will be held Monday, February 2nd, from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Southwest Center. No formal presentation is planned, so residents are encouraged to stop by at any time during the two-hour window.
The Community Water Forum will allow attendees to speak directly with City staff, Riverbend, and TWU staff, receive one-on-one assistance, and learn more about the projects and programs shaping Texarkana’s water future.
Forum topics will include:

Water Service Line Inventory – TWU is conducting inventory of materials used in all customers' water service lines within the utility’s distribution system.

Residents with questions about their water bill, recent meter upgrades, or the Riverbend Regional Water Infrastructure Program are encouraged to attend.
