Ladies,I am initiating monthly community walks in North Shore for women who are looking for mindfulness, experience, breathe out and connection. I believe women need to rise and walk together! We need each other and I am inspiring you to join the community. It can be built if you show up to support.
This a monthly event, every first Sunday of each month, we are meeting at the scenic natural spaces, walking, breathing, meditating and having coffee after for connection.
This is a free, in-person community event for every women.
