Our classes are created for anyone to join in and feel comfortable. No experience or registration needed! Learn to power lift, increase cardio endurance, and build strength both inside and out! We know movement works, connection helps, and healthy Community changes lives. The Program is run by volunteers. Your *$10 class fee* keeps our Program in the space that we love. We hope you will join us in Community, building healthy lives together! We are in the gym at Canandaigua CrossFit.
