We are excited to announce our Second Annual Community Tiny Art Show. This year's theme will be 3D art projects.Everyone is invited to this free event. Come to see all the amazing 3D tiny art.
-Held at The Local Artisan Collective located at 2371 Kiesel Ave, Ogden.
-Opening night will be on August 2nd from 6:00 to 10:00 in conjunction with Art Stroll and will also be open to the public on August 3rd from 12:00 to 7:00.
Not only is this event open to the community to come and see what was created but it is also open to the community to enter a tiny art piece. This is open to all ages, and abilities from first-time artists just starting to be interested in creating 3D art to advanced artists.
What is 3D art? This can include anything from clay, sculpture, jewelry, wood, metal and more.
-This Community Art Show is free to enter.
-You can create an art piece by yourself with your own supplies OR
artists can also pick up an art supply bag from The Collective with the following items: a bag of clay. The bags will be $1. They can be picked up after May 28th.
-Artists can choose any image to create as long as it is family-friendly and under 4 inches by 4 inches.
-There will be no jury but your tiny art piece will need to be brought into the Collective by August 1st at 7:00. We are located at 2371 Kiesel Ave, Ogden.
-Artist can submit up to 5 pieces.
Three-dimensional art is defined as art with all the dimensions of height, width, and depth. Unlike 2D art, it occupies greater physical space and can be viewed and interpreted from all sides and angles. 3D artists use various materials manipulated into objects, characters, and scenes to produce these artworks.
