Join us for community tile making with clay, where we will make ceramic tiles that will contribute to a large-scale mosaic mural that celebrates Kerr County’s joy, beauty, and history.Working with clay is both calming and restorative, and creating art together strengthens our collective sense of connection. Community art-making has been shown to foster healing and resilience, offering a safe space for processing emotions following times of hardship. We recognize that all members of Kerr County have been touched by the recent floods, and through the long-form process of mosaic making, we can rebuild hope and empowerment—one tile at a time.
