At the Y, part of our mission is to reach out to our neighbors and offer a helping hand. Every Year we serve Thanksgiving Dinner to hundreds of folks in our community for FREE. In addition to the Thanksgiving meal, the Y offers a coat/clothing giveaway to those in need. Donations are accepted at either branch up to the day of the event. This is a community event and without your support, we would not be able to accomplish this gathering. Each year, Y members and members of the community provide support through food donations, monetary support, and volunteerism for the Community Thanksgiving Dinner.
