From September to December 2024, Garneau Community League Members can enjoy FREE facility access to Kinsmen Sports Centre most Sundays from 2:30-5:30pm.Important Details:
- To take advantage of this perk you will need to ensure you have a valid Garneau Community League membership (either a physical card, or a digital card from Communal) and bring it with you to Kinsmen.
- This is a four month trial period. If it turns out to be successful, we will look into making it more permanent.
Parking can be challenging at Kinsmen. Since it’s so close in proximity to our neighbourhood we encourage community members to consider walking, biking, or using public transit to access the facility.
What’s included?
- Aquatic Centre (public swim in the training pool, dive tank, and a lane in the competition pool for lane swim)
- Fitness Centre
- Drop-in courts (if available)
Not every amenity will be available each week due to training and event requirements. Community members will need to follow the posted deck sheets to determine what space is available to them each day.
